Check out the mounting features, it comes with the mounting bracket, and uses a wing nut to hold the speaker in place. Can be modified to be used with CB Radios, a basic auto radio, or what ever you want to hook it to for sound. It is just a basic speaker, nothing special or powerful, only good for 2 watts of power, but it should be weather resistant and almost bullet proof. It was designed for rough service to work and keep working what ever the conditions.
Easy to mount and unmount, a single wing nut makes it a snap to remove if you need to.
