Condition: FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. I've never used it or tested it. I plugged it in and nothing happened. Other than that I haven't done any other testing on it so I'm selling it as untested and non-working, for parts or repair. I don't know exactly what it is or what it does. I assume it's some type of vintage military radio frequency related device - take a look to see what you think. It has scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, etc. When I move it I can hear stuff moving around inside so I assume there are some broken and damaged pieces inside (I'm not going to take it apart and look, this type of thing is too time consuming). It's dirty and could use a good cleaning.
