In this auction we offer:
The GSA (Ground Spike Antenna) field antenna for the range from 30 to 76 MHz, which has been used since the beginning of the 70's and enabled the entry into service of the British radio station Clansman. Its use is very simple and includes: 1) Put it on the ground or any field object with a special "pen". 2) Insert the antenna pins into the socket (the base has a built-in broadband adjustment system) and twist the locking clamp. 3) Depending on the operating frequency, insert the antenna rods into the antenna base as described on the mounting base label. 4) Connect the BNC-BNC cable (short or long) to the antenna base. 5) Connect the BNC-BNC cable to the radio. The GSA antenna assembly includes: - Case - 1 pc - Antenna base - 1 pc - "pen" - part 1 - Antenna rods (tubes) - 4 or 5 pcs. - Coaxial cable 50 Ohm, 6 m long, terminated with BNC plugs - 1 pc. - 0.6 m 50 Ω coaxial cable with BNC plugs - 1 pc. Antennas have visible signs of use that do not interfere with normal operation. BNC nuts may have a greenish coating, may need to be tightened or reworked (water may have entered the nut and cause corrosion). This can be easily determined with an ohmmeter.)
