Item is 1 of 2 identical Pre-Owned US Militaria Magnavox Tactical Facsimile Set AN/GXC7A. Condition is "Used".   The Facsimile machine is essentially a rugged heavy duty military fax machine used for transmitting diagrams, maps, plans, and other information between bases over long distances.   Weighing a little over 58 lbs these machines are in their own cases with carrying handles that when placed flat can be opened up in a simple setup requiring only the various cables and plugs to be attached to complete the hookup.
While not utilized very often (if at all) in today's modern military these were once an important part of the US War Machine's strategic planning operations, and still make an excellent collectors item for those who collect electronics, fax machines, radio communication technology, and militaria.    Many of these units were produced by the Motorola company this model was manufactured by Magnavox.
Item comes as is and is not subject for exchange or refund.
