    CARTER DYNAMOTOR 12.8 VOLTS input at 16 amps, output 445 VOLTS at 0.270 amps. Tested and is fully functional. Very clean inside as viewed through the inspection accesses. Very good condition armature and brushes. See the detailed pictures in the listing. Tested with a small 12v gel battery and the motor quickly output 423 volts. Full voltage output will occur with proper 12 VDC input.
